Team Approach
To make your special day even easier, Jim is assisted at weddings by his wife and business partner Nina White. She focuses on shooting the bride getting ready and candid photographs of the guests throughout the wedding and reception. Nina also ensures all the formal and requested photos are captured by organizing the formal photo sessions in a smooth organized fashion.

We cover your wedding in a photojournalistic style, but also provide the formal and traditional photos needed. As a husband and wife photographer team, we are able to give you the attention necessary on your wedding day, while remaining unobtrusive.
 


 

Style
All weddings are covered using a combination of photojournalism and traditional wedding photography. During the pre-wedding consultation we ask the couple to give us their vision of how they want their wedding photographed. We feel that it's ultimately up to the customer to determine how they want their final wedding album to look. Many of our brides and grooms leave this up to us, but we pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating. We do not take the rapid fire approach to photography that seems to be in vogue now. You won't receive 2,000 poorly composed snapshot previews from us. You WILL receive 200+ great images, any of which could be used in your final album. Proper lighting and composition will be present in each of your final images.

Equipment
We use professional camera equipment, arriving at each wedding with a Canon Pro Digital Camera 5D Mk II and a Canon 5D Mk I backup body. We bring a full set of back-up equipment including flashes, lens, batteries, etc.
